Shipping

Shipping Costs:

We use a gateway to many shipping providers to generate an estimate on shipping costs for your order.  We do not feel we should make money on top of shipping costs, if you feel the shipping cost is higher then expected please feel free to contact us and if the actual shipping is less, we will refund the difference. 

Most packages will be shipped free via Ground service, however on all of NPPW orders there is a $9.50 handling charge to cover boxes, supplies, etc to ship your item.  Items which will be charged for shipping are large, heavy, or freighted shipments.

Ship Times:
It is our priority to ship all items within 24 hrs.  However please note special order and backordered items may cause your package to be delayed.  If this is the case a representative will be happy to provide you with an estimated ship date and you can elect to have available items shipped before backordered items become available.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened Products:

You can return or exchange for the full purchase price (less shipping and handling) your unopened products within 30 days from the date the product is purchased.  It is the customer's responsibility for return shipping and all returns and exchanges must be approved and given an RMA by calling 610-438-4156. 

Open Products:

If in the event the product is defective and is within 14 days, request an RMA by callling 610-438-4156. After 14 days, it is the customer's responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer on the warranty.  If the product is not defective, you can still return your item within 30 days of the date of purchase, however a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Special Order Items:

Special order items are not eligible for returns (however defective products may be exchanged), these include, but are not limited to hoods, bumpers, and other large frieght shipped items.
